OUR GEAR
The studio features tips and tricks that can make a big difference
to your day. Music videos are easy with concert robotic lights
and green screening is easier with over the top quantities of
high res fluro lighting. Other studio features include the
playback PA, rotunda, fans, smoke machine, kitchenette and make
up/changing room. The stage has ramps to drive a car right onto
it and the load from the parking is also quick and flat. Every
detail has been thought out and made available on every studio
hire. Don’t forget we have free coffee and tea all day as well
as a water cooler for cool fresh water.
If you don’t have your own camera and team we can supply one. If
you just need a camera we can set it up for you and all you need
to do is focus and hit record. Seriously easy. Sometimes bands
don’t even bring a videographer and they shoot their own videos.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (As of 1st Dec 2012)
OVERVIEW
By making a booking or paying a deposit it is understood that you adhere
to the following terms and conditions. It is important that you contact
Studio management if you have any concerns regarding the following terms
and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Note: No Glitter is to be used in or near the studio $3000 removal fee
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:
By making a booking the client hereby acknowledges that the Client or
their representatives shall be responsible for ensuring the suitability
of the studio for the client’s purpose, that the client’s equipment
shall be compatible with the studio to a good working order and any
problem or damage caused by the use of client's own equipment will
be the entire fault of the Client and subject to any charges. It is a condition of accepting any studio booking that the person making the booking will be held liable for payment of any invoices relating to the booking whether or not they nominate a third party to be invoiced.
The studio itself is to be left as found including vacuum and (if you made the mess) washing up. All fixtures, fittings, furniture and studi equipment is to be returned to where it was found. And any rubbish is to be removed at the end of each day.
In the event of studio breakdowns or equipment failure Green Key Studio will aim to either replace equipment to which the client was entitled by the terms hereof and which have been lost as a result of such equipment failure or credit or refund to the client the booking fee in respect of the booking and shall have no liability or obligatio to the client beyond these remedies.
THEFT / DAMAGES:
The client will be liable for any damages or any theft that occurred
or that can be attributed to the client before, during or after the
period of your session. At no time will Green key Studio staff or
Directors be held responsible for the theft, loss or damage of any of
the Clients equipment and personal belongings during or after the hire
period.
GREEN FLOOR
As you are aware green key floors often require fresh paint after use.
If a new coat of paint is required after your session there will be
an additional charge of $200ex to refresh the floor. This extra payment
must be made within a week after your booking. If you are just using
green as background and don’t require to walk on the floor we supply
black gym mats to protect it from marking during your session.
CANCELLATIONS, FEES AND PAYMENTS:
To avoid the full cancellation fee for any Session the client must
give at least ten 10 days notice. The fees shall not be reduced on
account of the client’s failure to use the studio for any or all of
the period of the booking and/or the client’s cancellation of the
booking or any part thereof after the cancellation period.
GST
All of our advertised or quoted rates are exclusive of GST.
PAYMENTS
Full payment of all hires is due the morning of the first day of your
session. If payment is not made GKS reserve the right not to open the
doors to you or your crew.
PAYMENTS ON COLLECTION:
In the case of video production the client is allowed collection of
the masters and session data materials immediately upon payment of
Green key Studio’ invoice/s.
BACKUPS and STORAGE:
After the session, masters, session data and materials shall be held
by Green Key Studio at the risk of the client.
Green Key Studio shall be entitled to dispose of masters and session
data one month after the recording completion
It is strongly advised that the client provides a mass HD storage
device as an alternative to GKS temporary storage.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
It is a condition of entry to the Studio, that the above terms are
to be adhered to prior, during and after the duration of the Client’s
session. In case of any conflict of terms, the terms contained within
this TERMS OF BUSINESS shall prevail over all others.Terms of this policy are specifically accepted by the Client unless they are waived by Green Key Studio.
